3 Steps to Becoming a Solar Owner: Progress Bar

As of September 9, 2010, LIPA has temporarily suspended processing rebate applications for its Solar Pioneer Program (residential customers).

On October 1, 2010, a 500 kW block of rebates will be made available for the program at $1.75/watt. Once this block is used up, no future applications will be approved. More information is available on the LIPA website at http://lipower.org/residential/efficiency/renewables/solar-blocks.html

The Solar Rebate Blocks will be tracked and updated on the LIPA web site on a weekly basis at http://www.lipower.org/residential/efficiency/renewables/solar-blockgragh.html
